We will answer to all your questions. The orders by phone can be placed from Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 17:00 pm. On Friday till 16:00 pm. The Customer service tel. + 370 700 700 88, +370 5 278 5400. Delivery policy
• The estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed.
• The delivery is free on all orders if over 150 Lt. If you have placed the order that is less than 150 Lt the delivery costs will be 15 Lt. Print and promo deliveries will be 9,00 Lt.

Forms of payment

• In cash payment for delivery person (valid only in Vilnius, Kaunas ir Klaipėda).
• Credit cards in the Officeday shops

• Prepayment presenting the copy of the order.
• Delay payment for the customers who have long-term cooperation agreement with Officeday. Further details about the agreement call +370

• Online via bank e-systems.


The warranties we are providing are the same the manufacturies are providing. The products that have the manufactorier warranty are sold with warranty statement pass, which provides information on security conditions.

Product exchange policy

If you do not like the product, you can return or replace it 14 days after the purchase. You have to show all purchase documents, the product has to be without damages in original packaging.
